Maintain and Repair Machines and Equipment, electrical Maintenance, HVAC, Stationary Engineering, Safety & Compliance. Program Length: 5200 hrs. (Probationary Period of 6 Months). Related Instruction Provider: Milwaukee Area Technical College. OJT Wage: 1st Period of 2080 hrs. at $16.50/hr. 2nd Period of 2080 hrs. at $17/hr. 3rd Period of 1040 hrs. at $20.25/hr. Skilled Wage Rate at $20.25/hr. Apprentices Enrolled: 0. Apprentices Who Have Graduated: 0. Minimum Requirements at Program Entry: Able to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, twist, climb and reach above shoulders at least 50% of workday. Able to lift up to 15 lbs. from floor to overhead, lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to chest-level, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at waist height a reasonable distance. Push/pull 50 lbs. of force.
